The Biltmore Hotel will host our WPCC Annual Meeting 2019 in Coral Gables, Florida, near Miami.

You DO NOT need to make hotel reservations. Kaley Millan will make hotel reservations based on your registration information. You will receive an email one week prior to arrival with your hotel reservation information and all details for the trip. Accommodation Expenses

The WPCC covers the cost of the hotel room for two nights* (Tuesday, May 7 — Thursday, May 9) for one person from each WPCC member organization.

The hotel rate is $229 per night (hotel rates includes a $10 resort fee – U.S. dollars), plus tax (approximately 13 percent; subject to change) for single or double occupancy. The $10 resort fee includes in-room high speed internet access, daily admission to the Biltmore Fitness center and daily automobile self-parking.

If you would like to arrive earlier than Tuesday, May 7, or depart later than Thursday, May 9, email Kaley Millan at kmillan@pancan.org to secure the hotel rate of $229 plus tax. This special rate is only available beginning Sunday, May 5, and ending Sunday, May 12, based on availability. You must pay the hotel for the additional nights at check-out.

All WPCC Annual Meeting attendees need to provide a credit card upon arrival for all room incidental charges.

*Please note: The WPCC can cover the cost of a third night, depending on what country you are traveling from, if it would mean you could arrive for the start of the meeting or depart without missing part of the meeting.
